Terms and Conditions of Use – CostaSul Transfers

1. Acceptance of Terms
When using the website www.costasultransfers.pt and our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Provided
CostaSul Transfers offers passenger transportation services in Portugal, by prior reservation online, telephone or email.
3. Bookings
Reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
The customer is responsible for providing correct data (name, contact details, timetables, locations, number of passengers and luggage).
4. Payments
Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force.
Payment can be made online, via bank transfer, or directly to the driver, as agreed in advance.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
In the event of a no-show, there will be no refund.
6. Company obligations
Ensuring a punctual, safe and comfortable service.
Replacing the vehicle/driver in the event of unforeseen circumstances, whenever possible.
7. Client’s obligations
Be present at the agreed time and place.
Please inform us in advance of any extra luggage or special needs.
Comply with rules of conduct and safety during transportation.
8. Responsibility
CostaSul Transfers is not responsible for:
Delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather conditions, strikes, etc.)
Objects left in the vehicle after the end of the service
Damage caused by improper customer behavior
9. Intellectual property
All the content on this website is the property of CostaSul Transfers and is protected by copyright. Its use without prior authorization is prohibited.
10. Changes to the Terms
CostaSul Transfers reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will come into force once they have been published on the website.
11. Applicable Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the Setúbal district court shall have jurisdiction, with the waiver of any other.
