Terms and Conditions of Use – CostaSul Transfers<\/strong><\/h2>

<\/p>

1. Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/h3>

When using the website www.costasultransfers.pt<\/a><\/strong> and our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. <\/p>

<\/p>

2. Service Provided<\/strong><\/h3>

CostaSul Transfers offers passenger transportation services in Portugal, by prior reservation online, telephone or email.<\/p>

<\/p>

3. Bookings<\/strong><\/h3>

  • Reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.<\/p><\/li>

  • The customer is responsible for providing correct data (name, contact details, timetables, locations, number of passengers and luggage).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    <\/p>

    4. Payments<\/strong><\/h3>

    • Prices are in euros (\u20ac) and include VAT at the legal rate in force.<\/p><\/li>

    • Payment can be made online, via bank transfer, or directly to the driver, as agreed in advance.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      <\/p>

      5. Cancellations and Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>

      • Cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund.<\/p><\/li>

      • Cancellations with less than 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.<\/p><\/li>

      • In the event of a no-show, there will be no refund.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        6. Company obligations<\/strong><\/h3>

        • Ensuring a punctual, safe and comfortable service.<\/p><\/li>

        • Replacing the vehicle\/driver in the event of unforeseen circumstances, whenever possible.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          <\/p>

          7. Client’s obligations<\/strong><\/h3>

          • Be present at the agreed time and place.<\/p><\/li>

          • Please inform us in advance of any extra luggage or special needs.<\/p><\/li>

          • Comply with rules of conduct and safety during transportation.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            <\/p>

            8. Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3>

            CostaSul Transfers is not responsible for:<\/p>

            • Delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather conditions, strikes, etc.)<\/p><\/li>

            • Objects left in the vehicle after the end of the service<\/p><\/li>

            • Damage caused by improper customer behavior<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              9. Intellectual property<\/strong><\/h3>

              All the content on this website is the property of CostaSul Transfers and is protected by copyright. Its use without prior authorization is prohibited.<\/p>

              <\/p>

              10. Changes to the Terms<\/strong><\/h3>

              CostaSul Transfers reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will come into force once they have been published on the website.<\/p>

              11. Applicable Law and Venue<\/strong><\/h3>

              These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
